VPPS-QUA™ - Virtual Point Positioning System for Retailers
The "Product/Service location service" enables retailers to register their locations to STORES.Net TM and solicit real-time searches for their products and services from potential customers looking in their geographic area.

STORES.NetTM - intuitive as its name designates, the global electronic directory service provider for the sale of products and services.

I formed CESI in 1984 to create better business service solutions in communications and e-commerce networking. Our strategy is to improve network communications and customer service through applied systems technology.
STORES.NetTM is the Cogito vision of the Electronic Store front, creating a global product/location index. A retailer posts its merchandise for a storefront, using VPPS-QUA™ software, and consumers search a geographic location for all stores posting a specific product. The STORES.Net TM goal is to maintain an up-to-date index of every product or service for sale, in every store, in every geographic location, and make access to that information globally available. STORES.Net provides the ability for a user to get an answer to "where do I find it?". It is e-commerce network management integrating Cogito's telecommunications network management technology VTDMS.
Virtual Telephony Data Message System and Process- VTDMS (Patent No 5,784,451) is the technology that first created a software telephony switch Virtual Automatic Call Distribution- VACD® and the telephony client application Cogito-VIATM. Cogito's technology brings together switched and packet network communication services as a proven methodology for network management, enabling VoIP.
Planning for growth, CESI's mission is to make STORES.NetTM available to consumers and merchants worldwide. To license its VTDMS technology for enhanced customer service, and support "virtual" communications over switched and packet networks.
